About the Role

This opportunity will have heavy clinical and surgical volume with the ability to generate high revenue. You  will be involved in all  aspects of podiatric medicine, foot/ankle surgery, orthotics, diabetics, wound care, diabetic shoes, heel pain, and all other musculoskeletal issues.

Newly graduating residents and seasoned practitioners are welcome. Those that are  personable with a strong work ethic and excellent communication will be highly successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle conditions

  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures

  • Develop individualized care plans focused on patient outcomes

  • Document and maintain thorough, accurate patient records

  • Collaborate with medical assistants, support staff, and fellow physicians

  • Educate patients on their conditions and preventive care

  • Participate in practice growth initiatives, community outreach, and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution

  • Completion of a 3-year surgical residency (rearfoot and ankle experience preferred)

  • Board Qualified or Board Certified (ABPM, ABFAS)

  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for patient-centered care and a team-first attitude
